PROJECT: "Let’s work with our feet... let’s paint a way!"

CeliMondo Centre - Milan (Italy)

CeLIM has launched several educational and social programs on Milan area through CeliMondo, a centre for education to a worldwide approach.
The projects foresees the participation of teenagers entrusted to social services or taking part to the activities of Youth Aggregation Centres through formative paths including creative laboratories and expressive activities: batik, painting on canvas, African dances and so on.

The courses proposed by the centre are oriented to the discovery of the other, in order to learn appreciating the reciprocal differences in a process of mutual enrichment. As the project is oriented to young people in troubles, the purpose is to strengthen a network of relationships, to improve human relationships and to favour an inter-cultural exchange in order to promote a deeper social integration among the involved subjects.

Project value 12,264 euros

1. Yearly cost of animators: 4,464 euros (15.50 euros/hour)
2. Yearly rent for the premises: 7,200 euros (600 euros/month)
3. Yearly cost of laboratory material: 600 euros (50 euros/month)
